Enrolled agent continuing education is the secondary education that has to be taken by professional EA CPE. Enrolled agent is a professional tax representative who is hired by a client who needs assistant to deal with the IRS or the Internal Revenue Service. The EA CPE is acknowledged by the United State government to represent a tax client and his obligation is to solve tax matters which are faced by the client. The EA continuing education grants the EA CPE certification that sustains his career as a professional tax representative.

To pursue secondary EA continuing education, there are requirements that have to be fulfilled by the EA CPE. The requirements are available in detail and can be acquired online. There are two kinds of education for continuing EA education, the online courses for EA CPE and the offline courses. All the education programs for EA CPE are measured in terms of contact hours. A contact hour is 50 minutes of continuous participation in a program. The online courses are offered to those who don’t have enough time to deal with offline schooling.  The courses are conditioned to meet the professional needs and also varied in different bases of schooling hours.
